After receiving the Content Download WAP message, download fee will be charged every time customer selects "Confirm".
The download fee will not be refunded even if customer fails to save the content to his/her handset due to whatever reason.
Content download is applicable to selected handsets only. CMHK will not be liable to any unsuccessful download due to use of inapplicable handset models, and customers will still be required to pay the charges in such cases.
CMHK reserves the right to change the service content and charges without prior notice.
In case of dispute, CMHK reserves the right to the final decision.
