• Special Monthly Fees are only applicable to new customers with 12-month contract.
• Within a bill month, the Local Data Service of customer of 3G118A or 3G208A Service Plan would be suspended without any compensation or prior notice upon used up the "Free Local Data Usage". If customer wants to continue to use local data service, customer is required to use the related handset to apply for the extra charges local data service by pressing *114# or Short Message Service (SMS). Once applied, customer agrees not to cancel the extra local data services within the bill month.
• Within a bill month, If 3G118A/3G208A service plan subscriber's Thereafter Local Data Usage reaches 3GB, or if 3G338A service plan subscriber's accumulated Local Data Usage reaches 5GB,
  Local Data Service would be suspended until next bill month without any compensation or prior notice.
• Customer is required to pay an additional $12 per month for MTR, Tunnels, Mobile Services License & Administration Fees.
• Customer subscribes for 3G HSPA Service Plan is not allowed to subscribe 1-Card-Mulit-Number Service, BlackBerry Service, Mobile Data Package, Dual Number, Mobile MSN or Fetion services at the same time.
• CMHK reserves the right to amend, withdraw, suspend or terminate the above privileges, "Free local Intra-network Video Call" and "Free Monthly Fee VAS Offer" at any time, and the amendment, withdrawal, suspension or termination will take effect upon the customer being informed in writing or through SMS.
• Airtime charges including video calls will be rounded up to the nearest minute. Thereafter local data usage charge will be rounded up to a multiple of 10MB.
• Use of service is subject to CMHK's "Service Usage Policy", the full terms and conditions of which are posted at www.hk.chinamobile.com/sup_en.
• Customer shall use 3G HSPA Service Plan on mobile phone with screen size under 6 inches only and shall not use it for Peer-to-Peer (P2P) download/upload application (including BitTorrent), or via other devices, including computers, tablets and USB modems, etc.
• After acceptance of "Extra Local Data Usage Thereafter Charge Per Bill Month", customer cannot cancel it within the same bill month.
• If existing customer switches to 3G Service Plan, existing offers will be forfeited permanently and immediately.
• 12-month Free Local Intra-network Video Call offer and free VAS offer are valid from Customer's service subscription start date till the 12th Bill Cut-off date. Upon the expiry of validity period, customer will be charged at the prevailing rate for viewing each video or making Video Calls.
• New customer subscribing for any of the Service Plan described above will be entitled to 20 minutes of free IDD1597 minutes each month for 6 consecutive Bill Months. Any un-used free minutes in each month cannot be carried forward to the subsequent month(s), and will be forfeited and non-refundable; nor can it be converted into cash. For port-in customer to enjoy this offer, the customer is required to activate the mobile service with CMHK within 2 months from the date of signing this agreement. All IDD1597charges after the said 6 consecutive Bill Months period shall be at the then prevailing IDD1597 tariff or rate.
• Customers subscribing above service plan and signing a 12-month contract can enjoy special $8 monthly fee offer on Connecting Tone (originally $15/month).
• The content of service plan and offer is subject to change without prior notice.
