Mobile-to-Mobile" Voice Service Plans




  • The charge for sending SMS is $0.2 per intra-network SMS, and $0.5 per inter-network SMS. Customers can also subscribe "$8 Intra-network SMS Package" to send up to 10,000 intra-network SMS per month.
    Additional intra-network SMS will be charged at $0.2/SMS.


  1. Special Offers are only applicable to new customers with 12-month contracts. The offer valid period is 12 months.
  2. Applicable to credit card direct debit only.
  3. The original monthly fee of Connecting Tone Service is $15. Customer subscribing the above service plan and signing a 12-month contract on the Connecting Tone Service can enjoy $8 Connecting Tone Monthly Fee Offer.
  4. Customers can send up to 10,000 intra-network SMS per month. Additional intra-network SMS will be charged at $0.2/SMS. Customers can send inter-network SMS at $0.5 each.
  5. Customer is required to pay an additional $12 per month for MTR, Tunnels, Mobile Services License & Administration Fees ("Administration Fees").
  6. Time usage of less than one minute will be rounded up to one minute.
  7. Basic Airtime is applicable to all incoming calls from and all outgoing calls to non-mobile numbers. Mobile Airtime is applicable to all incoming calls from and all outgoing calls made to any Hong Kong mobile numbers starting with "5", "6" or "9". When the mobile free minutes are used up, airtime will be deducted from the Basic minutes. However, if Basic free minutes are used up, they are not allowed to deduct the remaining mobile free minutes.
  8. 12-month Free Video/MMS offer for new customers is valid from Customer's service subscription starting date till the 12th Bill Cut-off date. If customer changes to other service plan during promotional period, the number of free video/MMS will be adjusted as a result of service plan changed, but offer valid period will remain unchanged. No "Free Video or MMS" granted to Customer in any Bill Month can be carried forward to the subsequent month(s) and any unused portion thereof in any Bill Month shall be forfeited and in no circumstances shall any rebate be made. After the offer valid period, or viewing extra video and sending extra MMS, $0.5 will be charged for each video or MMS.
  9. "Mobile TV" is applicable to selected handset models only. Free video is applicable to designated content. For details on free video and other charges, please click here. Local transmission charge is required (or deduct data usage from Mobile Data Package) for browsing COLOR, while no transmission charge is required for video viewing. Data roaming charges apply for viewing video overseas and charges will be varied depending on countries or local network operators. CMHK has been activating Mobile Data Service for all service plan subscribers. You can also activate the service any time by pressing *106*01# (send), or temporarily de-activate the service by pressing *106*02# (send) on your handset.
  10. Free MMS offer is applicable to local MMS send out. During promotional period, local inter-network MMS surcharge will be waived. $3 surcharge is required for sending international MMS.
  11. Once the free VAS offer expires, customers will automatically be charged $48/month for the VAS package until the VAS package is terminated by the customer.
  12. Other VAS includes: Calling Number Display, Call Waiting and Call Hold, Conference Call, Incoming/Outgoing Call Barring and Bar Incoming Call (When Overseas).
  13. Customer needs to subscribe this service in order to enjoy the offer. Using mobile data service overseas requires data roaming charge.
  14. "Mobile MSN Monthly Package" is only applicable to usage in Hong Kong. No data services charge is required for transmitting text messages in Hong Kong, and no data service charge is required for transmitting voice and image messages in Hong Kong during promotional period (valid till further notice). Customer who uses Mobile MSN without subscribing "Mobile MSN Monthly Package" will be required to pay data transmission charge, and the data usage cannot be deducted from "Local Mobile Data Package". "Mobile MSN Monthly Package" is not applicable to mobile devices using Windows Mobile. If customer uses Mobile MSN via mobile device with Windows Mobile, the standard mobile data charges will be applied.
