1. Mobile TV service is available to selected handset models only. Free video offer is given according to customer's mobile service plan and VIP status.
2. Data Transmission Charge is also required.
3. For Service Plan Customers, an additional $0.5 required for sending the contents to each non-PEOPLES customer in Hong Kong.For Stored Value SIm Card Customers, an additional $0.4 will be charged.
4. No Data Transmission Charge is required if contents are downloaded locally via GPRS mode, but WAP Transmission Charge is required if contents are downloaded via WAP mode.
5. To use the full version of the financial application, customers need to register first by calling the service provider at 21117772. Data transmission charge will be required for downloading and using the application.
6. "Mobile MSN Monthly Package" is only applicable to usage in Hong Kong.
   No data services charge is required for transmitting text messages in Hong Kong, and no data service charge is required for transmitting voice and image messages in Hong Kong during promotional period (valid till further notice).
   Customer who registers "Mobile MSN Monthly Package" for the first time during promotional period can have the service fee waived in the first month. Each customer is entitled to this offer once only. Monthly Service Fee of $28 will be charged on the 2nd coming monthly invoice. Monthly Service Fee is not on pro-rata basis and will not be refunded after used.
   Customer who uses Mobile MSN without subscribing "Mobile MSN Monthly Package" will be required to pay data transmission charge $0.02/KByte, and the data usage cannot be deducted from "Local GPRS Mobile Data Package".
   "Mobile MSN Monthly Package" is not applicable to mobile devices using Windows Mobile. If customer uses Mobile MSN via mobile device with Windows Mobile, the standard GPRS data charges will be applied.
   Using Mobile MSN in overseas destinations is subject to "GPRS Roaming Service" charges.
7. $2 is required for downloading each "YP Card" from "Mobile YP".

• Only selected contents are available to Stored Value SIM Card Customers.
• Any service usage less that 1 KByte / minute will be rounded up to the next KByte / minute.
• Polyphonic Ringtones and True Tone can only be downloaded to customer's own handset.
• In case of any dispute, the PEOPLES system records would prevail.
• All service contents and charges are subject to change without further notice.
